Veterans Memorial Monuments

The people of Sanderson have always served their country well.  When duty called the citizens of Terrell County answered, some offering the ultimate sacrifice. We have honored the patriotism of our men and women and especially those who gave their lives, in a group of memorials located on the Courthouse square. Gazing down over the largest memorial is the ancient iron eagle that was once part of the original Courthouse facade.  Come and visit and share our pride.
